Trademarks

When used herein, the term “DEMERS” refers to Demers Ambulances and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates. Below is a list of certain of DEMERS’s trade-marks, trade names and logos (“Trade-marks”) that appear throughout the DEMERS website (note that this is not an exhaustive list of ALL Trade-marks owned or used by DEMERS).

These Trade-marks shall not be used, redistributed, broadcast, published, copied to any other media or reproduced other than for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of DEMERS.

These Trade-marks must not be: altered in any manner; distorted; or used in any way that is detrimental to DEMERS’s image or reputation.

Other Trade-marks are found on the DEMERS websites. DEMERS does not represent or warrant that such Trade-marks do not infringe the rights of any other person or entity.

The absence of a Trade-mark in the list below does not constitute a partial or full waiver by DEMERS of intellectual property rights in relation to any such Trade-mark.

Additionally, the “Associated Wares or Services” column is meant to give a short description of the type of wares and/or services in association with which each Trade-mark is used and is not an exhaustive nor a precise description of all such wares and services. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting, explicitly or implicitly, any license or other right to use any of the Trade-marks owned or used by DEMERS other than in accordance with the terms contained herein.

Other names, words, logos, designs and trade-marks displayed on the site may constitute registered or unregistered trade-marks of DEMERS or of third parties. While certain third party trade-marks may be displayed on this site under license, the display of third party trade-marks on this site should not be interpreted as implying or suggesting any license, endorsement, or relationship of any kind between DEMERS and the owner of said trade-mark.
